1. Full-Time Operator/Labourer
We’re looking for someone with experience in plumbing, drainage, and/or concrete and road construction.
A truck licence is preferred but not essential.
You’ll need to be confident working both independently and within a team.
This role provides the opportunity to further develop your skills in machine operation and gain valuable experience in civil construction.

2. Casual/Part-Time Estimator
Perfect for someone wanting a flexible role while gaining experience in the civil construction sector.

We are on the lookout for experienced Plant Operators and Labourers to join our team! If you have hands-on experience in Civil Construction, especially in areas such as Sewer, Water, Stormwater, and Road Works, we want to hear from you!

While a current Driver’s License and Construction Induction (White Card) are preferred, they aren’t a dealbreaker. If you have any relevant plant machinery operating licenses, that’s definitely a bonus! Additional skills such as Plumbing experience, HR or HC Truck Licence, or any other industry tickets/certificates will give you an edge.

We offer above-award wages based on your experience, and we value strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
