It’s Family Week at our Ballarat Factory! We’ve had a brilliant week welcoming our Associates’ families into our wonderful (and oh-so-tasty!!) world of Mars at our Ballarat Factory. From chocolate making to behind the scenes access to where the magic happens and getting to meet Yellow, we’ve loved every minute!

It’s International Dog Day and here at Mars, we are obsessed with pets and it’s our purpose to make a better world for them because they make a better world for us!

To celebrate International Dog Day, we asked our Associates to write a Love Letter to their furry-friends. From the early morning zoomies to late night cuddles, dogs bring joy, balance and a whole lot of love to our lives, both at home and at work. Here’s a small snippet of some of the letters we received - the wagging tails and wet noses that make our lives brighter!

We’re honoured to be named a Finalist in the Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame Awards in the Large Business category.

Manufacturing is the backbone of our business, and for nearly 60 years, we’ve been proudly making many of our iconic chocolate brands and pet food products right here in Victoria - supporting local jobs, communities, and supply chains.

With more than 600 Associates across our Ballarat and Wodonga sites, this recognition is a testament to their dedication and relentless commitment to quality. Their work is at the heart of everything we do.

Congratulations to all finalists – and thank you to the Victorian Government for celebrating excellence in manufacturing.
