With the new financial year upon us, now is the time for local businesses to get their books in order.
Local business Grampians Bookkeeping Solutions is committed to helping other small businesses sort through their paperwork for the tax man.
Owner Darcy Molloy is committed to getting the best result for his clients at an affordable price.
Darcy is a whizz with figures and spent five years working at a local accounting practice as well as a finance officer for the Department of Justice before venturing out on his own.
“I am a qualified accountant working towards my public practice certificate and in the meantime I’m running my own small bookkeeping business servicing other small businesses,” he said.
Darcy can get your business back on track with full bookkeeping services and advice. He’s also a licenced BAS agent and can lodge paperwork to the tax office for clients as well as provide advice on payroll, account management, and software.
“I’m flexible where I can do the job. I can work from the back room of a business or from home. My laptop is my office. I’m really keen to get my clients to use cloud based services, which saves a lot of paper,” he said.
Grampians Bookkeeping Solutions covers our entire region, from Ararat, Stawell, Beaufort and Horsham.
“My family background is farming at Willaura and so I do a bit of work down that way, but I’ll go anywhere within the area if someone needs my help,” Darcy said.
“Some businesses struggle with volumes of paperwork and I’m really focused on sorting through piles of paper and getting people back on track,”
“I’m about helping local businesses achieve their best potential. That is my passion,” Darcy said.
Darcy started his business six months ago and has already built a healthy clientele in the district.
