At Vic country appliance repair we pride ourselves on honesty, we will give any thing a go but we can’t always guarantee it will work! Looked at a Bosch dryer that we weren’t sure why it wasn’t drying. Gave it a good clean and check over. Received this msg from the customer this afternoon! Happy to save another appliance and save some one some money.

Another timely reminder to empty out your pockets before a wash. This Samsung washer had a leak, flooding both the laundry and adjacent carpeted hallway. During disassembly, a number of objects were removed, including a severely damaged 50c coin. This coin had jammed between the tank and drum, smashing the outer tank. A simple and easy mistake to make, effectively writing off the washer due to the cost of repair.

Dryer noisier than you remember? Most dryer drums are supported by a bearing like the rear mount on this Simpson, which wear and can cause misalignment and noise.
