This time tomorrow we'll be gearing up for the Shiraz Masterclass! Ticket upgrades to this session are still available and for those that are lucky enough to be involved, the Saturday 5pm Masterclass is an exploration of museum Grampians Shiraz that is definitely not to be missed.

During this session Best's Wines - Great Western, Grampians Estate and Clayfield Wines will take guests through a comparison of 2016/2017 and 2021/2022 Shiraz vintages and some of these wines you'll likely never see again.

The Red Series is here! Tickets for all sessions (Fri 4-7pm, Sat 12-3pm & Sat 4-7pm) are available online or at the door.

If you're coming along, see a few pieces of handy information below;
• Each ticket includes a wine glass, carry bag and a charcuterie cone to enjoy while you taste. Delicious gourmet pies from the Plentiful Platter Co. will also be available for purchase.
• Takeaway wine sales are available on the day.
• A cloaking service is available at the front door to store coats, bags and wine purchases.
• During Saturday's 5pm Masterclass session Best's Great Western, Grampians Estate and Clayfield Wines will take guests through a comparison of 2016/2017 and 2021/2022 Shiraz vintages – ticket upgrades for this session are still available.
• The Red Series is the perfect excuse to head out after the event to enjoy Ballarat's brilliant food and wine scene, including just across the road at The George Hotel where their new Grampians + Pyrenees wine bar is also opening this weekend.
• The Ballarat Mining Exchange is just a two block walk from the Ballarat station if you're arriving by train. If you're driving, find extended parking in Camp Street or Mair Street. To enable you to fully enjoy the event a taxi rank also departs just a few doors down (toward Sturt Street).

The Red Series is taking place across three different three hour sessions which feel relaxed and unhurried – the perfect warm up for your evening in Ballarat.

Across the road from the venue, The George Hotel Ballarat is opening their new wine bar the same weekend, pouring exclusively Grampians & Pyrenees drops.

It’s time to lock in the finer details of your Red Series weekend and if you’re making your way from Melbourne (or from Ararat at the other end of the line) the train is a convenient way to get here.

The Red Series is happening at the Ballarat Mining Exchange on 17 + 18 July, just a block and a half’s easy stroll (and downhill on the way back!) from the train station.
