31 roof tiles replaced. Thanks to the roofer who left a massive pile of spares. Sadly the person who repaired tiles with silicon did not choose to use them. A roof vent added to vent the attic which suffers from condensation.

Such a good bit of kit gutter clamp for ladder. Even a little carabiner to hold on your belt, whilst you climb the ladder.

Rotted corner on veranda resulted in broken concrete (soffit) board. Repaired structure and replaced the 1200x1450 board (with the kind help of the client). It just needs painting.

The problem with new ovens in old spaces is that they don’t fit. All sorted and stained.

2 Plumbers could not clear the blocked drain pipe behind the heater. As a result the area floods. I put a surface drain in to move the flood to a nearby surface drain.
