Good design should tell a story.

In this workplace for a leading environmental non-profit, the story is one of circularity. We utilised panels made from 100% recycled roofing and post-consumer plastics to provide a solution for both acoustics and aesthetics.

The result is a space that feels sophisticated, but carries a significantly lighter footprint.

Places made for generations require us to think differently about the materials we leave behind.

The PMG team designed and delivered a comprehensive full-floor speculative suite strategy, resulting in three distinct workspaces created for broad market appeal and long-term leasing.

Each suite thoughtfully maximises natural light and features elevated, high-quality finishes, resulting in workspaces that are both functional and refined.

Reflecting on the success of our project at 123 Albert Street with Dexus Place. This spec suite was designed to balance high-end aesthetic appeal with the functional requirements of Brisbane’s leading tenants, and the results continue to validate that strategy.

We are pleased to share two significant milestones for this project:

☑️ Leasing Success & Re-engagement: We celebrate the news that Level 7 has been successfully tenanted. Furthermore, the incoming occupier has already re-engaged PMG Group to deliver additional works.

☑️ Industry Recognition: Reflecting its calibre, this suite has been formally invited to submit for multiple prestigious design awards.
