Celebrating 10 Years of Rebecca Till at Bloom HR 💚🧡
Today, I want to celebrate someone who has been an enormous part of Bloom HR's journey and success.
This month marks 10 years since Rebecca Till joined Bloom HR.
We first met at Bridge Housing Limited, Bloom HR's very first client, where Rebecca was Executive Assistant and Project Officer to CEO at the time, John Nicolades.
What I couldn't have known then was just how important she would become to Bloom's future.
Over the last decade, Rebecca has worn more hats than I can count. She has been a trusted adviser, project manager, policy writer, eLearning developer, migration specialist, systems guru, marketer, newsletter creator, website champion and often the person quietly holding everything together behind the scenes.
Whether it was mastering 457 visas and new migration pathways that helped create new revenue streams for our clients, learning new technologies, or supporting clients with policies, training and compliance resources, Rebecca has always approached every challenge with professionalism and determination.
But what stands out most isn't the list of achievements. It's her unwavering commitment to Bloom's vision, values and clients.
Through every stage of our growth, Rebecca has shown extraordinary flexibility, loyalty and dedication. She has fiercely protected our reputation, upheld our brand standards and delivered exceptional service to our clients.
On a personal level, Rebecca has also been there through some of life's hardest moments, including my cancer diagnosis. Her support, steadiness and willingness to step up meant more than I can put into words.
Bloom HR would not be where it is today without Rebecca.
The team recently surprised me with a special virtual background for my birthday, so it felt only right that we turn the spotlight on Rebecca for this milestone.
Throughout September, our team meetings will proudly feature our "Congratulations Bec on 10 Years" background.
We hope to celebrate with Rebecca again at the NSW Business Awards Finalists Event in October, but today I simply wanted to publicly say thank you.
Rebecca, thank you for your loyalty, hard work, adaptability, expertise and friendship. Thank you for believing in Bloom and helping make it what it is today.
