WE’RE HIRING | MAINTENANCE OFFICER

Looking for your next opportunity in community housing and property maintenance? We’re partnering with a values-driven organisation in Newtown to find an organised and proactive Maintenance Officer to join their team.

Newtown, Sydney
Full-time | Fixed-Term Contract | Office-based
$87,000 – $95,000 + Super | SCHADS Level 4
35-hour week + 9-day fortnight

About the Role:
This role will support responsive and cyclical maintenance across a community housing portfolio, coordinating contractors, managing work orders and ensuring properties remain safe, compliant and well-maintained.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in property, housing, facilities or maintenance coordination
• Experience coordinating contractors and monitoring work completion
• Strong communication, administration and organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Community housing or not-for-profit experience highly regarded
