35-hour week + 9-day fortnight

About the Role:
This role will support responsive and cyclical maintenance across a community housing portfolio, coordinating contractors, managing work orders and ensuring properties remain safe, compliant and well-maintained.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in property, housing, facilities or maintenance coordination
• Experience coordinating contractors and monitoring work completion
• Strong communication, administration and organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Community housing or not-for-profit experience highly regarded
