Baby Loss Awareness Week | 9ā15 October
At Impressionable Kids, we have the extraordinary privilege of helping families preserve some of life's most precious memories. While so much of our work celebrates new beginnings, there is another part of what we do that holds a very special place in our hearts.
Our bereavement work.
It's work that we approach with enormous compassion, tenderness and respect. We understand that behind every tiny impression is a little life, a deeply loved child, and a family whose world has been forever changed.
We cannot take away the heartbreak of losing a baby. But if we can give a family something tangible to hold onto, a little hand to touch, tiny toes to trace, or a beautiful face to remember, then we hope we've helped preserve something truly priceless.
These aren't simply keepsakes. They are connections. They are memories. They are a way of keeping a little piece of someone so incredibly loved close, always.
This week, during Baby Loss Awareness Week, we honour all the precious babies who are no longer in their families' arms, but will forever remain in their hearts. We also acknowledge the parents, siblings, grandparents and loved ones who carry their memories every single day.
To beautiful Lahela Fallon-Grace Abadiano's family, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to share this incredibly special creation in honour of your precious girl.
It is a privilege to have played even the smallest part in preserving her memory, and we hope her beautiful keepsake together with her stunning face cast shows other families what we can create and brings you comfort and connection for many years to come.
