POSITION AVAILABLE - Joiner

Bathurst Joinery is seeking an experienced Cabinet maker to join our growing team.

Bathurst Joinery has been established for almost ten years and demonstrates strong growth each year.

Our Company operates predominately within the commercial project space, though we also undertake interesting and challenging residential work. We have contributed to Award Wining Projects within the Central West.

We are seeking motivated people who have a keen interest in working in a productive environment and have a real interest in acquiring and apply new skills.

Good communication skills and the ability to be a team player are also extremely important together with the following.

• White Card
• Driver’s License essential. Licence to drive forklift preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in all areas of cabinet making.
• Demonstrated experience in using all common industry machines safely.
• CNC Experience preferable but not a must
• Ability to interpret architectural plans.
• An eye for detail and self-pride in your work
• Positive Attitude
• Proactive
• Reliable and Punctual
• Trustworthy

Bathurst Signs is looking for a practical person with an eye for detail who enjoys a challenge. Your role will consist of, but won’t be limited to, manufacturing, printing, and installing of a broad range of signage we produce. We provide a friendly team environment, and all our staff are more than willing to teach the right person all the tricks of the trade.

Our Requirements:
Manual drivers’ licence
General knowledge of powered/hand tools
General knowledge of basic computer programs
Keen to learn. Works well in a team and eye for detail.

Your role will consist of:
Manufacturing signage
Printing signage
Installation of signage

We are looking for someone to join our creative team at Bathurst Signs. The role requires you to oversee all incoming projects and bridge the gap between the office and production. Responsibilities include estimating jobs, customer relations and compiling job details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must have.
