Every working day at Executive Suites on Howick starts at the front door.
Someone's arriving early to set up for a Boardroom meeting. A member is making their first coffee before a full day of calls. Someone's driven in from out of town and needs a quiet room between appointments.
We're hiring a casual receptionist to be part of that, one day a week in central Bathurst.
You'll be the first friendly face people see. Welcoming members and guests, showing visitors to the right room, and helping our office holders with whatever comes up through the day. You'll also keep the building feeling cared for, from the kitchen and coffee machine through to the floors, so everyone who walks in knows they've arrived somewhere looked after.
It's a front of house role where the small things matter. A warm hello, a tidy kitchen, knowing who's expected and where they're headed.
It could suit someone looking for regular casual work in Bathurst that fits around study, family or other commitments.
