OPEN NOW: Wine Tourism and Cellar Door Grant program

The Grant is to support wine or cider producers who add value by encouraging visitors to wine regions, and thereby encourage wine tourism.

Closing date and time: 5.00pm ACDT on 31 October 2025

Applications are to be made in the grant application online portal.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Wine Tourism and Cellar Door Grant applicants must:
a. be a wine or cider producer
b. be a legal entity registered for GST and with an active ABN
c. have made at least $1,207,000 (GST exclusive) in sales of rebatable wine in the relevant financial year
d. accrue rebatable domestic cellar door sales in excess of any such sales used to meet the $1,207,000 (GST exclusive) threshold in the relevant financial year
e. have paid the WET on all eligible sales used as part of the application
f. have owned or leased a physical cellar door in Australia in the relevant financial year, and/or their related entity/ies have owned or leased a physical cellar door in Australia in the relevant financial year.
g. have a liquor licence valid in the relevant financial year.

EXCITING GRANT OPPORTUNITIES!

Screen NSW has some excellent grant opportunities available to foster and grow the NSW film, TV, gaming industry! Heres a sample of whats on offer....be quick many close 30 June 2025

- Made in NSW Program
five-year funding program to support the advancement of NSW as a production destination for feature films and major television drama programs

- Regional Filming Fund
Up to $175k to offsets costs associated with shooting in regional areas of NSW. Regional NSW is defined as all areas in NSW outside the Sydney Metro area.

- NSW Digital Games Rebate 2025
10% rebate for eligible digital games production. Games must have a Qualifying NSW Expenditure of at least AU$350,000 to be eligible.

- 2024-25 Development Program
Up to $50,000 in funding to support writers, directors and producers to develop fiction or unscripted (documentary) and online projects with distinctive ideas and ambitious stories.

- IP in Motion
Will wholly or partly reimburse, up to $5,000, a screen and digital games producers’ cost to option original intellectual property (IP) from NSW-based creators.

- International Travel Fund
The International Travel Fund supports NSW screen practitioners for travel related to significant international festivals, markets, awards, industry trade missions and financing projects.

Whether it’s film, TV, digital games, animation, visual effects or post-production, we offer grants, incentives and rebates to help deliver high-value jobs and contribute to the NSW economy.
