"After using Total Solar Solutions for our solar panel installation in the past and were very happy with their performance from start to finish we had no hesitation in using them again for our conversion from gas to electric water heat pump and water tank.
We telephoned Daniel who arranged for our original solar panels installation and he guided us on different options and was happy to answer any questions we needed for.." says John on Google

"

Very happy with the service from Total Solar Solutions!

I initially requested a quote for a battery installation and received a call from Daniel, the sales consultant. From our first conversation, it was clear that he has genuine enthusiasm and knowledge when it comes to solar batteries. Rather than simply trying to sell me a particular product, he took the time to understand my current usage and explain which options.." says David on Google

It makes our day when we receive emails from customers like Garry 😍

"G'day Reece

Just a short note to express my thanks for the help you and your people gave me in the upgrading of my solar system.

Reece, your help in designing and explaining our system was outstanding. Also the help in setting up our Glo Bird account and setting us on our way with the Tesla Gateway setup. The Tesla Help Line was a great help and completed the setup on line

Thanks to Christine and Alison for their help and patience in completing the grant applications.
Your installation tradies did a great job with no mess left behind and no damage to our roofing.
No way I could have achieved this without your team's help and patience!

I would have no problems in recommending your company to anyone who wants to install solar.

Cheers,
Garry"

"I had a system installed in Jan & the whole thing was & is seamless.Last night was windy here & there was a loud metal on metal noise that was difficult to pin down.I called Solar & they were here in Williamstown in 2 hours from Bayswater..Checked the panels & structure & gave it the all clear.I expected to pay a normal callout fee but Reece refused to charge. With travel it must have taken 3 hours! highest recommendation." says Damian on Google
