A sunny little snap from last Thursday. It was an absolute pearler of a day to be outside carrying out both a 250 hour service and a 3 monthly inspection on a Franna AT40.

8 years of TWE Crane Services!

Last year we focused on our physical expansion into a new facility to properly and efficiently service demand and client needs.
Goal accomplished ✔️

This year we have focused on our internal growth, namely selecting employees that compliment us, enhance our capabilities and that can grow with us long term.

Rick; needs no introduction! Our OG, our leading hand and Troy’s right hand man. Between the two of them, there is no crane problem that can’t be solved. Rick’s knowledge and experience is such a privilege and asset to us.

Melissa; our administration manager and absolute organisational superstar. Melissa keeps Troy accountable (no pun intended), and on task, and ensures the boys are always equipped and sorted administratively. We would be lost without her.

Mark; our workshop technician, whom we were lucky enough to acquire from a dedicated career in The Navy. Mark’s consistently positive attitude and demeanor (and cheery whistling) ensures the workshop is always a happy place to work.

Hayden; packed up his entire family and life in New Zealand to take a chance and come and work with us, and we are so grateful. Recent feedback stated, ‘Your kiwi mechanic is an animal!’ His tenacity and work ethic is second to none.

Aidan; our apprentice and the future of TWE Crane Services. Aidan is already in his second year; he’s a keen learner, and a hard worker with such a bright future. The first of our new generation, learning from the best.

We value and appreciate all that they are and all that they do. We are who we are, because of them!

We look forward to another massive year, and we can’t wait to see what that brings!

Our brand new 6t CC1485 Maeda is on its way from Sydney to Melbourne. Excited to take delivery of our third crane, tomorrow morning!
