IMC took home the win in the 2026 CIPS Australia & New Zealand Best Transformation and Change Management Programme for our procurement function’s transformational achievements.
Led by Des Sit, Group Manager- Supply Chain & Logistics, the function has delivered meaningful and visible step change across IMC's procurement and supply chain operations, strengthening the systems and processes that underpin our business.

Big milestone. Bigger future.

Our new state-of-the-art Muchea workshop is officially open.
This new eight-bay workshop marks Stage 1 of the site's development and is a major step forward in IMC's asset strategy, tripling the footprint of our previous Bayswater facility.
Before the first major rebuild rolls into the workshop next week, the Corporate and Workshop teams came together for one final challenge—a longest kick competition. Whilst accuracy was optional, the enthusiasm and friendly rivalry was in abundance.

General Manager – Plant & Maintenance, Anthony Ross, thanked the team for their commitment in delivering a seamless transition to the new facility.
"This represents a significant investment in our future. Expanding our workshop capability at Muchea positions us to support larger projects, increase capacity, and continue delivering for our clients well into the future."

Expanding our civils footprint with the next project award for Greatland Resources Limited on the construction of a Tailings Storage Facility Lift at the Telfer Mine.
Mobilisation is underway with the teams on site since the beginning of the month.
Luke Staines, General Manager- Civil said “We are pleased to be back at Telfer, this time with our civils team for the TSF 8 Stage 4 Lift project. Securing this project is another important step in the continued growth of our business. Our team is prepared, experienced, and ready to deliver.”

Mission accomplished.
After three years alongside Liontown, we’ve delivered the Kathleen Valley life of mine open pits - from establishing access, through construction of mining infrastructure to the last truck load of bright, clean ore, ex pit.

IMC is proud to announce it has been selected by Covalent Lithium to perform Mining Services at their Mt Holland Operation.

Commencing in February 2026 IMC will deliver drill, blast, load and haul and ROM Management Services over an initial 39 month term.

Commenting on the award IMC Directors Clinton Keenan and Derek Williamson said

“Obviously we are thrilled that Covalent have placed their trust in us after a rigorous selection process.

“We sought to emphasise our commodity experience and the body of knowledge developed on our existing Lithium job regarding safety, engineering, productivity and ore hygiene in particular.

"This coupled with our collaborative and proactive Contracting approach looks to have held us in good stead. We are diligently working through the planning phase now and look forward to transitioning toward delivery in the coming weeks."
