A big shout out to one of our community members with The Executive Hub - Konovalov who received The Husqvarna Outstanding Excellence award for 2025 for his business Robotic Mowing. (www.roboticmowing.com.au)
Sergei is a valuable member of our community and has plans to double his turnover and profits earned through his business. But it is also what he brings to the ‘table’ that’s valuable.

Sergei is only a recent arrival into Australia since moving here in 2022. After spending about a year exploring opportunities to work in his professional field of eCommerce, in 2023 he decided to start his own business focused on the sales and installation of Husqvarna robotic mowers.
Prior to this he spent more than 10 years involved in a family business that operated a network of hardware and tool stores. Sergei was already familiar with the fundamentals of running a business and was inspired by his father, who became one of the first Husqvarna dealers operating in Russia in the late 1990s.

He exemplifies everything that is . Starting a business from scratch in a new country, in another language, and without an established network was challenging, but also exciting and motivating. In just under three years, Sergei has installed more than 120 robotic mowers across and surrounding areas, carried out numerous demonstrations and service jobs, and continues to grow the business steadily.

The support from Husqvarna and their willingness to back a new and previously unknown dealer in Adelaide has played an important role in this journey. Receiving recognition from Husqvarna is a great encouragement and motivation to keep building the business.

Sergei says he is also grateful for The Executive Hub community, a group of business minded people whose conversations and support help him grow, , and learn from his peers.

What an incredible Super Executive Roundtable we had last Thursday, 20th March at KPMG! The timing couldn’t have been better, as we delved into the 2025 retail and business landscape with insights from James Stewart, Global Partner at KPMG. His perspective on consumer behaviour, globalisation, and emerging trends gave us a roadmap to navigate what’s ahead in our ever-evolving industries.

On top of that, we celebrated a significant milestone – our 10th anniversary of Executive Roundtables and our 320+ sessions to date! What a journey it’s been, and we’re grateful for every leader who’s been a part of this community.

The room was filled with energy, inspiration, and an incredible mix of members and guests. Despite the early start, the warmth and camaraderie were palpable, and the stunning views only added to the experience. It’s moments like these that remind us how powerful peer learning and support can be.
