I have used and written a number of project management systems and procedures during my years as a PM…today, for fun & experience, I created another one using AI to help create it with me. I am amazed how good AI is. It took a half a day to draft the front end and will take another half to do the procedures. One of the fun and amazing aspects, is its ability to review and improve the works being completed. I do this by interacting, asking questions and prompting it for better outcomes by using my own experiences, reviewing each task and again promoting it against PMBOK and other systems and then, even asking it to review from a different perspective and building on this together… it’s a fun process!

Check out this Heritage listed station in Maryborough, Victoria. It’s a real gem. I am lucky to be working with a team to undertake internal refurbishment, to re-activate the use and economic drivers for this exciting precinct. Worth a visit!

Bangerang Playground is ready for you to play. The design and final playground incorporates nature, sight, sound and motion as well as taste (yes, you can munch on the plants) as well as architectural elements and cafe style picnic settings. Everyone including adults will be able to enjoy this inspiring location. A big thank you to Council for providing me with the opportunity to create and deliver this exciting project. A big thank you to Enviro Culture for creating the elements, bringing it all together and helping with the final design.
