Jim Fleming started LED Goldfields, in 1991. Now with a staff of 11, Goldfields are the most established Independent wholesaler in the Goldfields region. LED Goldfields would go on to supply
and maintain several significant contacts throughout the Goldfields including Paddington/Kundana, Centaur Gold Mine, Bulong Nickel Mine just to name a few. Supply agreements also with Resolute LTD saw LED expand to exporting goods throughout Africa extensively, mainly to Tanzania Gold Mine. LED Goldfields was rewarded for their hard work, when in 2000 it was names Goldfields Business of the Year (8-10 Category). November 2000, Jim Fleming opened the first of the LED Branches in the states capital. LED Perth situated in Bibra Lake is now well and truly established and into its 10th year of operation. LED Perth supply a number of Mining companies throughout Australia, including to the East Coast, as well as several large Mining and Oil companies throughout Indonesia, Africa, Mongolia and much more. Peter Walker, working out of LED Goldfields, built up considerable work in Esperance, largely with the Esperance Port Authority and to many local contractors. Peter was rewarded for his hard work, when LED opened up LED Esperance in August 2001. 14 years later, Peter is still going strong.
