The latest Federal Budget changes have created uncertainty for many investors, but there may also be opportunities for those who understand the detail.

✔ 0% CGT on assets in pension drawn down phase
✔ 10% CGT on assets held longer than 12 months in accumulation phase (15% if held for less than 12 months)
✔ Negative Gearing still applies for SMSF’s with new and existing property
