Dayna’s the one with a glue gun in one hand and a games controller in the other. She’s often found in her natural habitat (Spotlight or Bunnings), and doesn’t mind a craft project or two.

She's a former Gold Class manager, medical receptionist and IT service desk analyst, so nothing rattles her. (Except loud chewing!)

We're lucky to have her as a part of our team!

NDIS claims getting knocked back? This one's for you.

You can now add a note under any fee line - explain what the service involved, why the charge differs from your standard rate, or the detail a funder actually needs to approve the claim.

Add a note per line item, or one for the whole invoice.

Clearer line items = fewer billing queries from patients and payers. Win-win.

Wages have gone up 4.75% from July 1st. That means that every hour your team spends on paperwork, chasing invoices or data entry just got more expensive.

We help tradies cut the admin time and get back on the tools.

Job bookings, ServiceM8 setup, invoicing and more all taken care of so you can get back to billable work.
