The Truth About the New Bulk Billing Updates

From 1 July, bulk bills need a signed (or e-signed) Assignment of Benefits form - before or after the appointment. Good news: a 12-month transition period means verbal consent still counts for now. Halaxy's already got the function ready, Zanda's is on the way.
