📣 The GROW Bendigo Program has come to an end, but the legacy lives on. Over 240 employment outcomes were facilitated and 40 pathways to employment via TAFE, apprenticeships, and training programs were created thanks to the 59 signatory businesses. While the program may have ended, the partnerships forged during its time will continue to benefit the community.

It’s almost impossible to engage 16-year-olds, right?!

Here’s how you do it. Last week GROW Bendigo signatories Construction and Goldfields LLEN, hosted a group of Catherine McAuley College Year 10 students, who are considering careers in the construction industry, on a tour of the new Bendigo Airport Terminal currently under construction. From the minute the tour began, the students were listening to every word!

What a great time at the Heathcote Employment Expo yesterday!
With 28 exhibitors and approximately 100 jobseekers in attendance, there was a fantastic positive atmosphere and some great conversations about employment opportunities in the area.

Thanks to all those involved in making this event possible including City of Greater Bendigo, Jobs Victoria, Heathcote Health, Heathcote Community House and Workforce Australia Local Jobs Bendigo.
