Delivering a $9.5M investment into regional education, RMG partnered with the Victorian School Building Authority to bring Wedderburn College into its next chapter.

The project delivered a new 217 sqm science block with biology and integrated science labs, alongside a food technology teaching space, upgraded gymnasium and extensive external play areas and landscaping, with all construction managed within a live campus environment.

There has been a lot happening over the last few months at RMG and we are excited to announce some new team members who have recently joined RMG. Akul Singh and Derrick Chella have joined our Ballarat office with the civil design team in transport, Anastasia Tarasova has joined our structural engineering team in our Melbourne office and Colby Madill has returned to our transport and water project management teams in Bendigo. They will be working on projects throughout Victoria further strengthening our engineering and project management capability.

Some of our Bendigo team took part in the annual Bendigo Ford Fun Run again this year. It is always a great opportunity to be part of such a strong community event and to see local businesses getting involved.

You may have spotted our team shirts out on the course. Congratulations to the organisers on another successful event. We look forward to hearing the total funds raised in support of our local hospital.

Reflecting on the year that was, we have a lot to be proud of. Our team continue to provide high quality project management and engineering services, working from our offices in Bendigo, Ballarat, Geelong and Melbourne. This year we have successfully delivered projects across Victoria in the Transport, Building, Water and Property sectors.

Following on from our recent flood recovery project feature, we’re proud to share another significant body of work this time supporting Pyrenees Shire Council in delivering critical recovery efforts following the October 2022 floods.

Our Civil and Project Management teams have helped rebuild more than 300 sites and secured approval for a further 286 under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA), including works to improve long term resilience.

Since March 2025, our Project Management and Ballarat Civil Design teams have overseen the delivery of 139 completed sites, with major tenders for culverts, bridges, and roadworks scheduled for the year ahead. Well done to our Project Manager Kim Whytcross who led this project.

Congratulations to Bendigo Community Health Services on the opening of the new Wellness Centre. We were proud to support EBD Architects and Director Dr. Darragh O’Brien on this important project, providing structural and civil engineering services.
