Big changes are coming for plumbers.

From September 1, 2025, all taps and fittings that touch drinking water need to be lead-free — that means they can’t have more than a tiny bit of lead (0.25%).

Only parts with the WaterMark tick will be allowed.
If your gear isn’t approved, you won’t be able to use it.

This rule is here to keep people safe and stop lead from getting into the water.

⚠️ ATTENTION PLUMBERS ⚠️

Just the other day I was speaking to one of our plumbers.

His jetter had malfunctioned on the back of his truck. (Not one of ours)

Damaged beyond repair.

This was a $20k piece of kit we’re talking about here.

Insurance said read the fine print.

He needed a new machine ASAP

Luckily we got in touch and I told him we could help him out.

He asked us to look after him.

And we did.

If it weren’t for us…

He would have gone backwards from this (not so) little incident.
