🚇 Confidence Behind the Controls

There's something really rewarding about watching someone go from nervous to confident behind the controls of a train. 💪

Recently, we delivered emergency driving training to a group of Customer Journey Coordinators – Trains (CJC-T) on the Sydney Metro, covering everything they need to know to handle a train in an emergency situation.

The group had a terrific time and every single one of them came out the other side with the knowledge and confidence to get the job done safely.

That's what great training looks like. 👏

🚆 Delivering Quality Rail Training with Downer EDI Rail

We're proud to be partnering with Downer EDI Rail to deliver nationally recognised road rail vehicle training, supporting their team with the skills and knowledge needed to operate safely and confidently in the field.

📚 Unit delivered:
TLIC3045 Operate Road Rail Vehicle

A full day of theory and practical training was completed on-site, giving participants hands-on experience alongside the knowledge required to meet industry standards.

Learners have now been issued their on-the-job logbooks as they continue building competency in the field with TICRail returning to conduct final assessments upon completion.

👏 Great to see strong engagement from the team at Downer EDI Rail and a continued commitment to safety and professional development across the rail industry.
