Hey, new here? Thought I’d say a proper hello.

A little about me:

• Photographer & business owner for 25+ years (weddings, families, fashion, lifestyle + cycling events)
• Lived in 8 countries and travelled extensively
• Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist & 500hr Yoga Instructor
• Managing my own social media since 2007 (yep.. when Facebook began 👀)
• Cyclist and mountain biker
• Once owned a Ducati Monster and loved it

My social media journey has grown alongside my life.

It started with my own business in the early 90’s using OG marketing methods leading into Facebook in 2007, then building a mountain biking community in 2016. From there, I managed a yoga studio in Brunei for 5 years, creating calm, intentional content. More recently, I’ve worked with a cycle tour company, bringing their experiences to life online.

I didn’t follow a traditional path—I’ve lived it, built it, and grown with it.

To me, business and movement are the same: direction, consistency, and courage. Social media should do the same—move you forward.

And yes, I’m 55.

That matters because I don’t guess—I know.

I’ve built businesses before online existed, adapted through every shift, and worked with people across the world. I bring depth, strategy, and real experience—not just trends.

If you’re a small business owner who wants more than just posting content…

If you want clarity, consistency, and connection…

You’re in the right place.

Visiting Canada in winter, as the snow gently falls and softens everything it touches, has a way of bringing you back to what’s real.

It’s in the quiet moments, the slower days, the way the cold draws people closer. Staying connected to your roots. Strengthening family ties. Reaching back into relationships that distance and time tried to stretch thin—and weaving them together again.

There’s something grounding about being here. About remembering where you come from, and who you belong to.

And while the world feels far away, it isn’t. Messages sent, photos shared, calls made across time zones—staying connected online becomes part of the thread too. Not a replacement, but a bridge. A way of preserving what matters, even when you can’t always be side by side.

Because connection isn’t just about proximity.
It’s about intention.

And sometimes, it takes a quiet winter, a familiar place, and a little effort… to bring it all back together.
