🌍 Westfill Expands International Reach with Khoemacau Copper Mine Contract

Westfill is proud to announce its involvement in a backfill and workforce training contract at the Khoemacau Copper Mine in Botswana, operated by MMG under JCHX.

This 6-month project combines:
Backfill system optimisation
Hands-on training to upskill local crews
Rollout of Westfill's GOAL platform for real-time performance tracking and training support

It's a key step in growing Westfill's international backfill capability and reinforcing our long-term commitment to site development and workforce capability building.

Purpose-built for the mining industry, the GOAL App simplifies training; upskilling teams consistently while improving visibility and safety across every site.

Trainers assess operators directly through the app, entering evaluation scores on-site via tablet — giving managers real-time visibility into team competency, progress tracking, and the ability to identify skill gaps early. It also includes a data library for easy access to key documents and resources.

Because the more we know, the safer and stronger our industry becomes.
