Have you had weird printing lately?

We've noticed a few customers contacting us lately in relation to some random printing issues. The issues seem to mainly be in relation to printing of photos (JPG/PNG/TIF) and PDF's.

The issues that we have seen relating to these updates include:
- Missing graphics
- Missing or solid colours
- Misalignment or formatting issues
- Printing blank pages or labels
- Plus other random issues

This year we celebrate our 10th year anniversary working with businesses to not only get the best printing solutions while saving money, but also provide ancillary products & services to provide solutions to better businesses across the board. To better recognise this growth and development of our business from just an authorised Fuji Xerox Australia Authorised Dealer to a multi brand and multi business systems provider, we became "Sunshine Coast Business Solutions". With more than just printing solutions available, it was more fitting to become a Business Solutions company.

Whilst it will be business as usual and there will be no changes in terms of our commitment to our customers, you will notice a new look in our branding to a brighter, more sophisticated look which will better reflect the business that we have grown to become. We will continue to provide all the current support services and consumables as a FUJIFILM Business Innovation Authorised Dealer in addition to our sales and service of Lexmark, Cisco Meraki, CommBox, TeleSEQ, Papercut and other associated digital business systems.

We are looking forward to continuing to provide our customers, both new and existing, with our market leading print technologies and innovative business solutions and services that continue to build on digital technologies.
