Команда Lviv Convention Bureau / Львівське конференц-бюро розпочала співпрацю з глобальною консалтинговою фірмою у сфері бізнес-подій GainingEdge

Напередодні компанія запропонувала допомогу Львову у трьох напрямках:

▶️cтратегія роботи з міжнародними асоціаціями щодо залучення їхніх подій до Львова;
▶️комунікаційна кампанія про Львів як місце для проведення конференцій;
▶️сертифіковані навчальні програми для місцевого MICE-ринку (професійні організатори конференцій, представники національних асоціацій, готелі, виставкові центри тощо).

Представники GainingEdge зазначили, що Львів вже зараз має будувати стратегію післявоєнної модернізації. Місто має всі передумови, щоб після перемоги реалізувати відкладений попит на проведення конференц-подій.

🔰Залучення великих конференції, форумів, виставок, бізнес-подій до Львова - це той напрямок, що може допомогти економіці міста та країни. Це не тільки кошти від оренди конференц-залів, проживання та харчування делегатів, а й нові ідеї, корисні проекти.

GainingEdge наголосили, що відслідковують те, як міжнародна спільнота реагує на все, що відбувається в Україні та Львові на MICE-ринку. Вони виокремити декілька моментів, які презентують Львів як потужну конференц-дестинацію:

✅Навіть під час війни у Львові відбуваються конференції.
Локальне середовище Львова (науковців, лікарі, бізнесмени, освітяни, культурні діячі) об'єднані і продовжують працювати з міжнародними колегами.

✅Львів веде успішну комунікаційну кампанію, продовжує бути видимим на міжнародній арені.

В рамках співпраці відбулася перша зустріч експертів GainingEdge за участі конференц-професіоналів Львова.

Обговорили можливість налагодити контакти з міжнародними асоціаціями, зокрема у галузі медицини, бізнесу та гуманітарної сфери, що зараз найбільше потребує місто, презентувати їм конференц-можливості Львова, запросити проводити події.

🔰Робота з GainingEdge - це чудова можливість показати професійне середовище Львова, знайти шляхи щодо спільних проектів з міжнародними партнерами.
І, звісно, це освітній аспект - навчання на сертифікованих програмах фахівців MICE-ринку Львова.

We were delighted to resume our twice-yearly GainingEdge Knowledge Exchange ( ) with the full support of IMEX. Although we had online GEKEXs during the tough pandemic years 2020-2021, nothing beats the (human-to-human) moments.

Thank you to our invited speakers Clara Fernández López from the Union of International Associations (UIA), and Martin Sirk from Global Association Hubs Partnership (GAHP) / Sirk Serendipity. Clara shared excerpts from UIA’s 2021 survey on the impact of -19 on international association meetings, while Martin reminded us that flexibility will be a differentiator post-pandemic.
