Dr Theresa Teo always questions herself, “how could she help others with the knowledge and skills that she has?” With over 30 years of experience in the marketing and teaching industry, Theresa is passionate about helping the community to achieve their dreams.

With her passion for marketing, she founded Alpha International Marketing & Management agency (AlphaIMM) in 2018. She provides outsourced marketing services for micro, small and medium-sized companies, maintaining marketing operations and building brands to greater heights.

With her enthusiasm for education, she imparts her rich industry and marketing knowledge to students across UNSW and Macquarie University. When COVID hits in 2020, she founded a marketer incubator hub, MARKCubator, to coach international students and help them overcome COVID job barriers. Using her strong industry connection, she connects students with industry partners through the Together Project. Her efforts paid off as she won 2 awards in 2021 - Businesswoman of the Year (Finalist) and Best New Business (Runner Up).

With the gradual maturity of AlphaIMM and MARKCubator, Theresa would like to expand her love and care to other community members. This year, she is dedicated to launching a new community project to help seniors delay the process of mental deterioration and age gracefully. No one can avoid ageing, but how you age is another different story! Let’s lookout for it!

The next Dynamic Business Collaborators Networking meeting is on Tuesday the 11th May. This meeting will feature a 10-minute activity presented by Chris Anthony of Mind Morph Leadership to help local business people understand how we think when we are under pressure using the Whole Brain Thinking Model (WBT). There is so much pressure on local business at moment and this special presentation is perfect timing and will benefit everyone who attends.

Dynamic Business Collaborators meetings are for small and medium business owners to come together to build relationships with other likeminded business owners through referrals and to add value to their connections.
