Every great book starts long before it's bound.

When people pick up a professionally produced book, they notice the obvious things first.

The cover.
The print quality.
The design.

But what they don't always see is the manufacturing expertise behind it.

Every page has been carefully aligned.
Every spine accurately glued.
Every trim measured to the millimetre.
Every stage completed with precision so the finished publication feels exactly as intended.

Whether it's an educational textbook, an annual report, a catalogue or a premium commercial publication, quality isn't created by chance.

It's created through experience, technology and attention to detail.

Because great books deserve great manufacturing.

Let’s talk.

Before a customer experiences your product…

They experience your packaging.

Long before a product is opened, used or reviewed, a decision has already begun forming in the customer's mind.

Packaging creates the first impression.

It communicates quality.

It builds anticipation.

It creates trust.

Great packaging doesn't simply protect what's inside.

It becomes part of the product experience.

That's why packaging should never be viewed as an afterthought.

It's one of the most powerful marketing tools your brand has.

Whether it's sitting on a retail shelf, arriving in an online order or being handed directly to a customer, your packaging is constantly telling your brand's story.

The question is…

What story is yours telling?

Behind every order is a team working hard to get it right. 📦

Our North St Marys warehouse team is always busy making sure our clients’ stock is carefully handled, orders are accurate and dispatches stay on track. Recently, we took some time to bring everyone together for a BBQ, a few laughs and a well-deserved break.

Making time for our people matters. A positive workplace culture grows through everyday appreciation, strong connections and opportunities to enjoy each other’s company beyond the work at hand.

Thanks to our North St Marys team for the care and effort you put in every day, and to everyone who helped make the BBQ happen! 🙌

🌏 Responsible sourcing starts with the choices we make.

Paper remains an important part of how businesses communicate, package, promote and connect with their customers.

The question isn't simply whether we use paper — it's how those materials are sourced.
As an FSC® Chain-of-Custody certified business, Pegasus can provide FSC®-certified print options that support our clients in making more responsible procurement choices.

Our certification has been held since 2019, and today covers FSC 100%, FSC Mix and FSC Recycled paper products across our printing and binding operations.

🌳 Ask for FSC®-certified options when planning your next print project.

Small procurement decisions, multiplied across organisations and supply chains, can contribute to something much bigger.

🏉 NRL Grand Final Jersey Day at Pegasus! 🏉

Last Friday, our teams got into the Grand Final spirit and swapped the usual workwear for their team colours ahead of the big clash between the Newcastle Knights and Sydney Roosters.

With some seriously dedicated Knights and Roosters supporters across Pegasus, there was plenty of friendly rivalry, banter and confidence flying around — and neither side was willing to back down! 😂
It was a great way to finish the week, bring our teams together and have a bit of fun ahead of one of the biggest weekends on the NRL calendar.

Thanks to everyone who got involved and proudly represented their team! 🏉❤️💙

🎉 Congratulations, Mei!

We’re excited to congratulate Fleuremei, aka “Mei”, on her internal promotion to Accounts Payable Officer, a role she officially commenced on 23 September.

Mei moves into the Accounts team from our Despatch Department, where she worked as a Freight Analyst, bringing with her valuable experience and knowledge of the Pegasus business.

It’s always rewarding to see our people grow and take the next step in their careers. Creating opportunities for development and promoting from within is an important part of building a strong culture at Pegasus, allowing our team members to expand their skills, explore new career pathways and continue progressing within the business.

We’re proud to support Mei as she takes on this new opportunity and look forward to seeing her continue to grow in her new role.

Please join us in congratulating Mei and wishing her every success! 👏🎉

♻️ Well… that didn’t take long!

When we introduced our new Return & Earn initiative, we hoped our team would get behind it.
Judging by these bins, they definitely have. 🙌

It’s been fantastic to see everyone getting involved – bringing in their eligible bottles and cans, filling our collection bins and turning something as simple as recycling into a way to give back.

Every container adds another 10 cents to our year-end charity fund, and every contribution gets us a little closer to making a meaningful donation.

At the end of the year, our staff will choose the charity that receives the money raised – and Pegasus will match the final amount dollar-for-dollar.

So the fuller these bins get, the bigger the impact we can make together. ❤️

Keep them coming, Team Pegasus!

♻️ Recycle. Raise. Choose. Give.

🌿 What does choosing FSC®-certified print actually mean?

FSC® certification provides a recognised system for identifying products made using materials certified in accordance with FSC standards.

For Pegasus clients, our FSC® Chain-of-Custody certification means we can provide eligible printed products using FSC 100%, FSC Mix and FSC Recycled paper products within the scope of our certification.

It’s one way organisations can incorporate responsible sourcing considerations into their print procurement.

On the back of FSC® Forest Week, we’re encouraging our clients to ask a simple question when planning their next project:

Can we print this FSC®?

Talk to the Pegasus team about the FSC®-certified options available for your next project.
