We are in a state of continual transformation, even when we think we are stuck.

None of us are the same person we were yesterday, never mind last year- physiologically, mentally, emotionally... We change a little every second of every day.

While change can feel unsettling, this is also good news. It means that there is continual opportunity.

Nothing about you is set. You have the power to change anything you like!

If you can get outside and breathe some fresh air this weekend then do.

I was lucky enough to take on this stunning sunset last night. There's something so grand yet calming about the sun setting each day. It was certainly a good reminder why orange is my favourite colour! 😉

Today was a snowflake rainbow sprinkles kind of a day...
Baking before 8am on a Sunday is definitely not my 'normal', but seen as very little has been normal for some time I decided to embrace it.

Happy Aussie Mother's Day!
Woke up in a tent this morning feeling grateful - firstly that I'd survived an exceptionally cold night for camping wearing just 7 layers under a duvet... Secondly, because I started my morning with a homemade mother's day card and a cuppa (after helping my daughter have an early morning bush wee, naturally)...
But then I came home from camping to find these gorgeous blooms on my doorstep - a thoughtful delivery from the fabulous team I work with.
What an awesome end to the weekend.

Bar the amazing frontline workers, the rest of us have been forced to slow down, step away and live day by day.

Within every dark cloud there is a silver lining. Today we made friends with this dude dancing in the garden. I don't think i'd have noticed him even a month ago...
