Since acquiring my ABN, I have 2years of private cleans & during that time BNB cleans in Orange NSW, prior to that, I have 4-5yrs experience in total between cleaning for a small business doing residential cleaning in Sutherland Shire NSW & Motel/hotel cleaning in Orange NSW. My services are as follows:
PRIVATE CLEANS $45ph - Minimum 2hours
Duties include:
*Bathroom:
Toilet, vanity top, fron
t of vanity drawer/doors, bathtub, shower tiles, mirrors, shower glass/doors.
*Bedrooms:
Wipe over bedside table, mirrors.
*Kitchen:
Microwaves, benchtops, front of cupboard doors, front of dishwashers, front of fridges, wipe out sink.
*Laundry:
Wiping bench surfaces, sink, wipe over of washing machine/dryer.
*Throughout:
Surfaces such as window sill, coffee tables, dining tables, skirtings
Vaccuming & Mopping!
*Oven clean extra $10
END OF LEASE CLEANS $60ph - Minimum 6hours
(Internal only - excludes carpet cleaning and pest control)
Duties include:
*Bathroom:
Toilet, mirrors, top vanity, front of doors/drawers, inside cupboards/ drawers, tiles on walls in & out of shower, bathtub/spa.
*Rooms:
Walls, ceiling and cornice dusting, inside wardrobes.
*Kitchen:
Benchtops, oven, range hood, inside cupboards & drawers, splashback, sink.
*Laundry:
Benchtops, cupboards inside & out, sink.
*Throughout:
Internal Window only tracks/frame/glass, walls, skirtings, fans.
