From compressor to filling station, this project had it covered ✅

The CCAS team recently completed a full compressed air system installation for a gas company in Dandenong South, delivering a turnkey solution designed for reliability, efficiency and performance.

The new system included:

✔️ 37kW Permanent Magnet Compressor
✔️ 1000L Vertical Air Receiver Tank
✔️ Air Dryer and Line Filters
✔️ Oily Water Separator Unit
✔️ AIRnet Aluminium Pipework
✔️ Additional 1000L Vertical Air Receiver with Post and Activated Carbon Line Filters to provide additional air storage for filling station applications

Another project is well underway ✔️

CCAS are currently delivering a complete compressed air system installation for a food distribution centre in Melbourne's north.

This turnkey installation includes:

▪️ 3 x Permanent Magnet 55kW Compressors
▪️ A custom 2000ltr Horizontal Air Receiver Tank
▪️ 2 x Refrigerated Air Dryers with Pre/Post Filters
▪️ Oily Water Separator unit
▪️ Stainless Steel Pressfit Pipework within compressor room feeding out to the production facilities

Once the ductwork to the compressors and air dryers is complete, the system will be ready to deliver reliable, efficient compressed air to support the site's day-to-day operations.

Out with the old and straight back to production ⚙️

The CCAS team recently completed the removal of an end of life Ingersoll Rand compressor, replacing it with a new 75kW Permanent Magnet unit complete with upgraded aluminium pipework.

With fast turnaround and efficient installation, the customer was back up and running within just a few hours, helping minimise downtime and keeping operations moving.

A smooth swap over. A more efficient system. Win-win all round.
