Grantville project ✅

After a recent internal air receiver test, the existing tank failed and was no longer fit for purpose. Our team stepped in to remove the failed unit and install a brand-new Champion 500L vertical tank, complete with 50mm poly pipework and an automatic timed solenoid drain valve.

Another smooth installation by the CCAS crew, keeping things running safely and reliably 🙌

Werribee upgrade 💨

We recently added a 1000L vertical air receiver to support a brand new asphalt mixer at this busy mixing plant. The extra air storage means smoother operation and more consistent performance.

The install was wrapped up with 2” poly pipework. Smart additions make a big difference 👌

At this production facility in the Mornington Peninsula, we replaced an overworked 15kW rotary screw compressor with a powerful new 37kW Permanent Magnet Compressor, complete with an air dryer, pre & post filters, and an oily water separator.

We fitted a new Champion VOC55 compressor along with a Parker air dryer and pre & post filters to keep the system running clean and efficient at this facility in Springvale.

54mm stainless steel pipework and a 2100L vertical air receiver were added to ensure consistent air supply to the site's optical sorting machines.

Another clean, reliable setup delivered by the team 💥

Fresh setup in Traralgon ✅

We removed a failed Atlas Copco GA110 and replaced it with a powerful new Champion VOC132, paired with a Parker SR460 air dryer and pre & post filters for clean, dry air.

To finish it off, we installed 108mm stainless steel pipework for a durable, high-performance system from end to end.

We recently removed a failed Champion CSI11 compressor and replaced it with a brand new Champion CSI15 Full Feature compressor at this rail service yard in West Footscray.

We also installed a 500L vertical air receiver to boost air storage and keep things running smoothly on site.
