The Role:
We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Office Support / Administrative Assistant position based at our Wantirna South/Boronia office. This is a rewarding career opportunity with significant potential for future development within the expanding fire protection industry. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming phone calls and email distribution.
- Assisting with customer reports, quotes, and defect notifications.
- Assisting with accounts receivable, payroll and other accounts related duties
- Liaising with staff, customers, and suppliers to maintain excellent relations.
- General administration, filing, and data entry duties.

What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player with the right attitude and the following skills:
- Solid PC skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in quality of work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational ability.
- Previous industry experience or an accounting background is an advantage, but we are prepared to offer a traineeship to the right person.
