We were pleased to welcome Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) to the MOCS office today for an informative presentation on false fire alarms and prevention.

False alarm call-outs are a significant and avoidable expense for owners corporations. These funds that could otherwise support essential preventative and reactive building maintenance.

Reducing false alarms not only saves money but also helps ensure FRV resources remain available to respond to genuine emergencies when every second counts.

Today, a few of our team members had the pleasure of attending the Strata Cup at the Spring Valley Golf Course. A day out on the green with others from across the sector.

In partnership with Circle Stockdale, the students enjoyed the May Student Event: Focaccia Night!

What a night to remember! We hosted a deliciously fun Focaccia Night for our residents—complete with premium prosciutto and a live gourmet cooking demo by our hidden gem, Le Cordon Bleu-trained Cindy.

Students said:
"Tonight was seriously so much fun! We even forgot about the stress of next week’s exams. Can we have more events like this, please?"

Everyone got hands-on: kneading, baking, and topping their fresh focaccia with Cindy’s secret sauce—crispy on the outside, soft and springy on the inside. It was a hit!

And yes—Cindy had a blast too!
She’ll be back in July to teach us how to make cakes. We can’t wait!

Our team had a potluck today with the food brought by staff reflecting the diversity of our team. Italian, Bengali, Malaysian and Levantine dishes all featured. It's great to come together and show off our cooking skills.
