117 properties broke her. 280 does not.

Six years ago Nicky was managing 117 properties and going home crying in the car. Water bills, application processing, routine inspections, all of it hers. On inspection days she could not let a tenant move in, because she simply was not in the office to do it.

Today she is the only property manager on 280 properties, with an offshore team behind her.

Same person. More than double the portfolio. Less stress.

Meet Regan, Software Engineer at STAFFLINK.

Four years in, building the Hub. Regan describes it simply: one spot for all your information, whether you are a property manager or a sales agent.

His philosophy on building it is refreshingly blunt. People want to get in, do their job, and get out. Nothing overly complicated. The most used feature right now is HubDash, where all your workflows live.

Outside of work he plays amateur soccer, has picked up climbing this year, and drives up to the Sunshine Coast for a surf when the swell is worth it.

Amelia has never been a property manager without STAFFLINK. That is what makes her perspective interesting.

Not one nomination said "efficient."

We went back through this year's Property Manager of the Year nominations and looked at the language people actually used. The words that came up again and again were genuine. Relationship. Trust. Communication. Dedication. Passion.

Nobody was nominated for being fast. Nobody was nominated for being great with the tools.
That is exactly the point. The process is what makes it all work in the background.

Meet Daniel, Lead Business Development Manager at STAFFLINK.

Five years in and one of the first BDMs to join the team. Daniel supports the newer BDMs with training and onboarding, and walks agencies through their entire journey, from the first call and strategy meetings through to onboarding their global talent team members.

More than 180 clients onboarded during his time here. That is 180 businesses he has played a part in helping grow.

His favourite memory: the first STAFFLINK conference and seeing every client together in one room.

Outside of work you will find him at the gym, with family and friends, or behind the DJ decks.

Meet Ranie! He's been part of the STAFFLINK family since April 2023 as a Client Success Specialist, making sure our clients are looked after and everything runs the way it should.

Ask him the best part of the job and it's the people, working alongside a team that's creative, smart and driven.

Off the clock, he's deep in a video game and completely at peace with it. He also insists he's lazy, which somehow always ends up meaning he's found a smarter way to get the job done.

He lives by "The most important part of the journey is always the first step." We're so glad you're here, Ranie!

A lot of people think property management is not a great role.

It can be tough. But half of all Property Manager of the Year entries said relationship building was the best part of the job.

Speaking as a former PM, the hard part was never wanting to do great work. It was not having the structure that let you do your best work.

That gap is what STAFFLINK was built to close.

Meet Josh, Senior Client Success Manager at STAFFLINK.

Three years in, Josh works with around 25 agencies and roughly 70 offshore team members, from regional Western Australia down to Melbourne, across the New South Wales Central Coast and up into North Queensland.

His day to day sits right in the thick of onboarding. Understanding where an agency wants to make efficiencies, integrating the offshore team member into the business properly, then making sure there is a solid process holding it all together.

The best part of the job, in his words: looking back on day one and seeing how far a client has come.

Outside of work you will find him on a tennis court, at the markets, or at karaoke doing Frank Sinatra.
