Every social media manager or agency works differently, but when you work with CINCH, it looks a little something like this:

📈 STRATEGY
First, we get to know your business. Your brand, your industry, your audience and your goals. Then we work out what you should actually be doing on social media and build a plan around it.

🎥 CONTENT
This is a big one. Content ideas, planning, shot lists, filming, editing, graphics, captions - we take care of the content so you’re not sitting there wondering what the hell to post every week.

👩🏼‍💻 MANAGEMENT
Then we manage the whole thing. Content calendars, scheduling, posting, stories, community management and keeping everything consistent and ticking along in the background.

📊 REPORTING
We keep an eye on what’s working, what’s not and what your audience is actually responding to - then use that to guide what we do next.

4 months. That’s it. 😅

Seriously though. We tell our clients this all the damn time.

Outsourcing your social media shouldn’t mean adding “create content” to an already overflowing to-do list.

The whole point is that you get to think about it less.

We don’t want you sitting there on a Tuesday night thinking, s**t, we haven’t posted this week.

We don’t want you stressing about what to film, what to say, whether something is “content worthy” or what on earth you’re going to post next.

That’s literally why you have us.

Give us an hour with you on site.
Send us the random videos from your camera roll.
Voice note us when something happens in the business.
Tell us about the conversation you had with a customer that morning.

Give us the raw stuff and let us do our thing.

We’ll work out what’s worth turning into content. We’ll pull the story out of it, edit the Reels, write the copy, create the graphics, plan it all out and make sure you’re actually showing up consistently.

And yes, we’ll still need you sometimes.

Because nobody knows your business like you do, and the best content will always have a little bit of you in it.

But your job should mostly be to show up, talk about the thing you’re bloody good at, and approve what we send you.

Not become a part-time social media manager on top of running your business.

You do your thing.
