Join an established Bowral-based business in a varied client services and administration role, helping individuals navigate detailed claims and documentation processes.

As a Client Services Assistant, you’ll support clients throughout the claims process, ensuring each case is handled accurately and efficiently. You’ll also be the first point of contact for the business, answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate person.

Your responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries across the business
* Preparing client documentation using established templates
* Reviewing submitted paperwork to ensure it meets the relevant criteria
* Guiding clients through the claims process
* Liaising with state and federal organisations and share registries
* Maintaining accurate client records and monitoring workflow
* Using Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and the company CRM
* Supporting general office management, including ordering supplies and liaising with suppliers

About you
* Strong verbal communication skills are essential, as you’ll regularly speak with clients and answer incoming calls
* Confident and professional written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent attention to detail and a careful, methodical approach to paperwork
* Adaptable and calm when things get busy or priorities change
* Comfortable learning new systems and processes
* Experience in claims, legal or financial services would be highly regarded

We’re seeking an organised and proactive Project Operations Assistant to provide coordination and administrative support across a variety of construction projects.

This role can be Full-time or part-time (Tuesday to Friday), based in their Braemar office.

Key responsibilities
Sourcing fee proposals from suppliers and consultants
Following up quotes, proposals and drawings
Collating and organising project documentation
Providing regular updates on project progress
Maintaining accurate records in Dropbox and Monday.com
Monitoring outstanding tasks and helping keep projects on schedule
About you

You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with suppliers and stakeholders. You’ll enjoy taking initiative, following up outstanding information and managing multiple priorities.

Previous experience in project administration, construction, planning services or working with builders and suppliers would be highly regarded. Familiarity with Dropbox and Monday.com would be helpful, although training can be provided.

Prepare monthly management reports, budgets and cash flow forecasts.

Manage grant acquittals and maintain the Xero accounting system.
Analyse financial performance and improve financial processes.

You'll bring:

Accounting or Finance qualifications.
CPA or CA (or working towards) highly regarded.
Minimum five years' accounting experience.
Strong management accounting and statutory reporting skills.
Experience with payroll, BAS, IAS and superannuation.
Advanced Xero and Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
Not-for-profit and grant funding experience is desirable but not essential.
