I had a worried customer call from a hotel with 70 apartments located in gladstone central that had no hot water to 60% of the building! The hotel consists of 5 commercial gas hot water units over two manifolds and only one working.
Another plumbing company attended site but unfortunaly couldn’t help them with the repairs.
I have my work cut out for me with this one as no local suppliers carry parts and these units are made to order with a two week wait once ordered.
I spent most of the day on Thursday i was able to test and swap parts amongst the 5 units to have three units back up and running this returned hotwater to the entire complex, giving me time to order new parts and quote to replace the two unfixable (leaking Tank) units.
To add to the fun there is a pump hot water ring main with a large leak i thought i better fix that while i was at it!
I Returned Friday afternoon before the rain hit to confirm all three still working as they should. 💪
