Position: Pricing Analyst πŸ“Š
Work hours: 9:00 AM to 5 PM CST (11 PM to 7 AM PHL)
Compensation range: $1,400 - $1,600 USD

Our client is a boutique hotel management company based in the US. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented STR Revenue Analyst to join their team.

As a STR Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue streams through the effective utilization of revenue management software including Cloudbeds, Wheelhouse, and Guesty. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing distribution with online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, Airbnb, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize revenue management software (Cloudbeds, Wheelhouse, Guesty) to implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.
* Conduct ongoing market research and local competitor analysis to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement
* Research events affecting demand such as holidays and local events.
* Monitor and update listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, Airbnb, etc.)
* Oversee distribution channels to ensure optimal inventory allocation and pricing strategies are in place.
* Implement and manage channel-specific promotions and offers.
* Compile regular reports using revenue management software to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy rates.
* Collaborate with the finance team to develop revenue forecasts and budgets.
* Monitor actual performance against forecasts and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in revenue management in the hospitality industry.
* Experience working with both hotels and short-term rentals preferred.
* Great understanding of revenue metrics such as ADR, RevPar, booking window, pacing, etc..
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex data sets.
* Highly proficient in navigating and managing OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, Airbnb, etc., with a great understanding of OTA fees and promotions.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to compile routine reports in a clean, concise, and informative manner.
* Detail-oriented and highly organized.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Knowledge of existing tech stack preferred: Cloudbeds, Guesty, Wheelhouse, Slack, Google Office

Position: A Dental Care : Customer Care Representative

Schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, between 8 am to 7 pm CST, with alternating Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm CST (one day off per week). Total working hours per week: 40-50 hours, flexible based on individual capacity.

Compensation: Competitive compensation package comprising Base Pay, Bonus, and Benefits. Salary range: 30,000 to 45,000 pesos per month, commensurate with experience and time commitment.

Bonus: We offer an attractive bonus system based on achieving defined targets, with additional incentives for bringing in new patients.

Benefits: In addition to competitive pay, we provide benefits including paid holidays, paid time off, and comprehensive health coverage for the employee and their immediate family members.

Job Responsibilities:

Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, demonstrating active listening skills to address their concerns effectively.
Document each patient encounter and resolution accurately in the appropriate computer tracking system.
Quickly access reference materials to analyze and determine appropriate responses to telephone, electronic, and written inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments as directed and participate in training programs.
Offer support and solutions in alignment with the company's patient service policies.

Competencies Required (Must Have):

High school graduate with diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong emphasis on patience and attentive listening.
Ability to handle continuous patient contact and manage workflow distribution efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Prioritization and follow-through skills, coupled with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Swift and accurate response to inquiries, consistently meeting or exceeding department standards.
Detail-oriented with a flexible and creative approach.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Windows and keyboarding skills for efficient inquiry handling.
Minimum Accent on Phone
Must not be a job hopper (for the last 2-3 years stay on the last position)

Nice to Have:

Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus (though not mandatory).
Prior experience in the dental and medical field is also advantageous (though not mandatory).
