Build mass and strength with low count sets of reps, 1st set 8-10 with light weight to warm up active muscles. 2nd set 6-8 reps medium weight. 3rd set 2-4 reps heavy weight so you fail on 3rd or forth rep with spotter of course. Concentrate on slow and steady on each rep. More reps of 12 or more reps helps keep your muscle physic toned.

#3. Lift weights to break down muscle tissue - use correct method.
#4. Most warm up with cardio for 5 minutes and stretch-critical reason not just for warming up muscles.
#5. Plenty of rest for muscle growth and repair between workouts.
#6. Eat good protein with each meal - if you weigh 60kg's need to eat 120 grams to maintain your size.
