While the modern Tasmanian wine industry is young in terms of years established, Bream Creek can be considered as one of the industry’s pioneers. Our vineyard at Bream Creek was planted in the early 1970s, making it one of the earliest commercial vineyards planted in Tasmania. The Bream Creek brand was established by leading Tasmanian vigneron Fred Peacock back in 1990, at a time when there were less than 20 commercial wineries in the entire state. For more than 30 years, our wines have been consistent award winners, helping to showcase the very best of Tasmanian wines to Australia (and the rest of the world).

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on our beautiful Cuvée Traditionelle! 🥂
A timeless classic, perfect for celebrating life’s little moments, sharing with friends, or simply treating yourself to something special.

In the glass, expect aromas of blossom, lemon peel, Pink Lady apple and honeycomb. The palate is dry and finely textured, with ripe orchard fruit, white nectarine and a lovely brioche richness. Bright, integrated acidity and a chalky mineral thread carry it through to a long, elegant finish. ✨
Beautifully poised now, but with the potential to develop even more complexity in bottle, it’s worth grabbing one to open and one to tuck away.

Meet our 2025 Fumé Gris 🤍
Elegant, expressive and full of cool-climate character, this barrel-fermented and matured Pinot Gris is made for those who love a little something different. On the nose: orange peel, Meyer lemon, nectarine and white peach, with subtle notes of biscuit, vanilla and gentle spice from oak and lees adding warmth and complexity.

The palate is rich and beautifully textured, with golden apple, nashi pear and citrus. A fine touch of oak gives structure and line, while the fruit stays bright, pure and inviting. The perfect companion for long lunches, shared plates and golden-hour moments

🌿🥂 Try it with pan-seared scallops, creamy chicken dishes, pork with apple and fennel, or lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
