“Why do you want my first name and my phone number on drop off forms” is a question we get asked many times.
We enter counted quantities of containers into an app and enter your member number. The app displays the first name and the last three digits of the phone number of the member, so we can check that we refund the right person.
If there is a digit missing in the member number noted on the drop off form (which happens quite frequently), we can search on your phone number. If that does not yield a result, we will sms or even call you to find out your member number.
So please help us by providing those details so we can make sure we get the refunds to the right person
The forms are destroyed after use.
