Happy New Year!!!! 🥳 I hope you all had a beautiful Christmas and a good start to the NY!
First day back in the salon tomorrow, and I am looking forward to seeing all my furry friends 💙🐾
This year, the salon will only be operating on Wednesdays. Clients who wish to remain on my books will need to book in their future appointments now. I completely understand this will not work for everyone, so no hard feelings if you need to go elsewhere.
Unfortunately, due to a neck/shoulder injury, I will be unable to groom dogs over 10kg for the foreseeable future. I am of course devastated by this news, but I must heed the warning, or I'll regret it later on in life.
I'll be contacting my current clients over email this week to touch base and see who will be staying with me for 2023. Then I'll know if I can take on new clients.

🐾To my valued clientele 💙

I have been inundated with calls, txts, msgs and emails over the past week. I am fully booked up until after Christmas.
This is why I reccomend being on a schedule, be it 6/8/12+ weeks.
I can physically only groom so many dogs a day.

Yesterday I had a rather uncalled-for conversation regarding my lack of availablility, and how I couldn't squeeze a dog in, on my day off!!!!!
My days off are my days off, and after a 40+ hr week I deserve to have them!!!

I have a cancellation list on my website, when I have a cancellation I start at the top of my list. People now know how difficult it is to get grooming appointments at this time of year, so tend not to cancel unless absolutely necessary. We all lead busy lives, but with all due respect, please don't blame me for your lack of organisation.

Good Morning 💙 I am now fully booked up until Christmas!!! 😟

I cannot stress enough, the importance of booking your next appointment while in the salon. In order to secure your appointments in 2023 you will need to book ahead of time. I am no longer taking on new clients, so that I can service the ones I have, so please help me, help you!
I am so very happy my services are appreciated, and my little business is booming. Thank you again for your patronage 🐾💙🐩

You can now reschedule your appointment online, just provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Please keep in mind we are entering our busy period, so another appointment may not be as readily available.

A friendly reminder, If you must cancel an appointment, we respectfully request 24hrs notice. Cancelling within 24hrs of your appointment/ not showing up to your appointment, will result in us keeping your deposit to cover loss of earnings. 💙🐾

After a lovely holiday to see my Family and friends in Ireland, I have returned 🥳

My hours spent in the salon will be limited going forward, as the majority of you know I work two jobs. To ensure your pup is looked after I will need to have all clients booked in, in advance over the summer months. I understand booking in advance may lead to clashes with your other future appointments, so if need be we can reschedule to another appointment where available.

What a busy week it has been! I had to prioritise, photos were put on the back burner😔 (please don't take offence if your pups photo didn't go up🙏) I trust you all understand 💙
I am now booked up until October. I go on annual leave next week and will not be contactable/returning calls/emails/msgs until late September. You can still book online and send through enquiries, I will get back to you when I return to work.
I am looking forward to a nice relaxing holiday before the weather heats up, and I get very VERY busy 😁🥰

🥳Yey!!! Here is a photo of one of our birthday competition winners - Rae and her beautiful old boy Bronx. It turns out it was his Birthday recently too, so perfect timing 👏💙 He went straight for the pie and it kept him busy for a little while (which is what we want 😉) See you guys again soon 🥰
