We recently wrapped up an impactful three-day workshop with our frontline leaders across our Carborough Downs operation and Coal Handling & Preparation Plant (CHPP), including our managers, deputies, coordinators, and supervisors.

Brought Our Values to Life: Cascaded Argo’s vision, mission, and trademarks directly to our operational leadership, defining the specific behaviours that will make these values felt on-site every day.
Defined High Performance: Explored the core traits of high-performing teams and how we can foster those standards across our operations.
Aligned Strategy with Action: Communicated Argo’s overarching strategy alongside our key site priorities for Carborough Downs and the CHPP over the next 12 months to deliver on our business plan.
