In the last 36hours I have posted 3 full time positions on a job website that are still currently available, 1 is in Murarrie qld,1 was in Burleigh heads qld ,and 1 was in Canberra. I have had 74 people apply , so far only 3 candidates meet the basic job criteria that is required to be successful. 95% of the candidates would probably be able to do any of the jobs advertised just haven't presented themselves as such . Pay attention to what you are actually applying for, Go for careers that you actually have experience in and you will be successful. If you need help call us, We can help you.

Did you know that if you work for an employment agency, and they pay you $25 per hour, they are actually charging you out at around $33 per hour so over a 38 hour week they make around $300 off your hard work. Do you really want to pay someone for your hard work? Do you really want to work on a casual basis, no sick leave , no annual leave, not knowing if you are required for work the next day. Wouldn't you rather get a full time job instead? Call us we will assist you in full time work , not on a causal basis.

Are you tired of getting emails or call backs saying after careful consideration we regret to inform you you're application is unsuccessful, we will keep you're resume for future reference.What you need to understand the only reason they keep your resume for future reference is so if you apply again they have your name on record and they don't bring you in for an interview by mistake. I bet there is thousands of people that have received that generic email. If you are one of those people call me I will help you.

Did you know that applying for heaps of careers on job websites can do more harm than good . It's like applying for a loan, if you're unsuccessful multiple times it puts a mark on your credit rating. The same principle applies to job applications especially if it's through recruitment agencies or if it's the same company you keep submitting you're resume to,You will continually be unsuccessful all of the time. You need to be able to produce a resume that sells your skills to the company you are applying for .You're resume should show that you have the credentials and confidence that fits their job cirteria. A candidate whose resume is too generic will most likely have his or her resume end up in the bottom of the pile. And reality is most people's resumes are generic and apply for multiple jobs without any success . Let me assist so you don't end up at the bottom of the pile again.
