Fiji's old paper banknotes (flora and fauna design)
will officially cease to be legal tender on January 1, 2027.
(replaced by New polymer/ plastic banknotes as the photo attached)

Key Dates & Deadlines
• End of Legal Tender: December 31, 2026.

Sorry that we don't accept any Old paper FJD banknotes anymore.
If you still have got those old notes, you might be able to exchange before end of Nov. with some certain chain stores before they become worthless.
