Led by globally recognised architects Woods Bagot, our multimillion-dollar transformation will honour the modernist legacy of our Harry Seidler-designed building through a distinctly subtropical Queensland lens.

Mid-century modern design principles. Natural light. Timeless craftsmanship. Warm materials. A vision of effortless elegance, with our generous atrium at its heart.

Beautifully reimagined guest rooms and suites, refined meeting and event spaces, renewed wellness facilities and a new arrival experience will sit alongside a light-filled Club InterContinental sanctuary.

New dining destinations will introduce an Argentinian grill restaurant and an intimate Italian pasta and w**e bar, complemented by a reimagined lobby bar. Distinctive experiences for our guests and local community to discover.
