From dirty, old concrete with large cracks, slab height disparity, major moisture ingress, and efflorescence, to a beautiful, light coloured, bespoke flake finish
(get your flake mix personalised) which has enlarged the space massively and created a lovely homely feel.
This kind of flooring makeover makes us very proud and happy to do what we do.
After grinding the concrete and cleaning up the mess, we used a hydrostatic waterproofing membrane to mitigate the moisture ingress and provide a suitable base to install a layer of floor leveller.
The beautiful smooth finish from the floor leveller gave us a solid and flat surface where we could install an epoxy flake system safely, and with the knowledge this will be a long lasting, hard wearing finish.
