Are you a...
1️⃣ Industry professionals thinking:

Different career stages. Different problems.
But there is one important career management skill connecting all three:
👉 Being able to see where your career could go next.
If you're an experienced professional feeling stuck, don't assume your only options are to stay where you are or completely change careers. There may be adjacent roles, industries or opportunities that use the experience you've already built.
If you're worried about AI, don't spend all your energy trying to predict whether your entire occupation will disappear. Start understanding which tasks and skills within your profession are changing and what you can build now to stay relevant.
And if you're trying to get your first foot in the door in Australia, getting that first opportunity absolutely matters. But also think beyond the first job:
"What skills, connections, industry knowledge and future pathways could this opportunity help me build?"
Your career doesn't have to be perfectly mapped out.
But you should be able to regularly step back and ask:
Where am I now?
Where could I go next?
And what do I need to start doing to get there?
